I had an unfortunate collision in my SUV. The entire passenger side was dented and scraped, including both doors and the rear fender. Bill and his team made it a completely smooth process. They accommodated me from start to finish, first with friendly service and helping me through the insurance process (which they took over from the adjustor onward), then providing a rental car, then consistent updates about the process of the repair job when it was done! They had to buy a whole new part of the frame, then cut just the piece needed, then cut that same piece out of my vehicle and welded the new piece in its place. It was something akin to surgery. Then miraculously put it all back together, with new doors, a smooth, fresh paint that matched exactly and I couldn’t tell the difference – my vehicle was new again! Great job!”
